Chasing clean lines through the Green Hell.
I design structure for systems the way an architect designs structure for buildings — clear foundations, honest materials, no ornament that doesn't earn its place.
A tech professional with an architect's instinct for structure, proportion and reduction — applied to enterprise systems instead of buildings.
"Digital first is not a buzzword for me — it's a promise. My entire career has played out in the digital space."
A genuinely loyal, flexible, committed and resilient team player — quick to grasp new concepts, and always eager to learn. I approach tasks in a structured way and solve problems with a practical, hands-on mindset.
That shows up in how I work today: translating business need into platform design on ServiceNow, securing the perimeter with modern Identity & Access Management, and keeping the Microsoft 365 estate coherent as organisations scale.
A working set spanning platform architecture, security, collaboration tooling and delivery.
Platform architecture, workflow design and governance across the Now Platform.
Enterprise & solution architecture — designing systems that stay legible as they scale.
Structured delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives — with a proven track record leading multi-million Swiss franc projects.
Comfortable across the modern web stack, from markup to deployment.
IAM strategy, access governance and secure identity lifecycle design.
Tenant architecture, collaboration tooling and governance across the M365 suite.
Nearly three decades in the digital space — from host-system helpdesk to leading architecture and engineering teams.
Leading a six-person team spanning three disciplines: lead engineers for Microsoft 365, ServiceNow and IAM, a senior ServiceNow developer, a ServiceNow developer and an IAM engineer. Designed a self-service portal that automated a large share of both IT and business processes, digitising workflows that were previously manual and cutting turnaround time while raising quality.
Owned 24/7 operation of the internet and intranet infrastructure (Adobe AEM 6.1). Acted as the link between internal marketing and external vendors on B2B, B2C, email marketing and marketing automation for the Franke Group worldwide. Led two senior project managers.
Responsible for Unified Communications (Lotus Notes, videoconferencing) plus internet and intranet. Led the technical migration from Lotus Notes to Google Apps for Work across the entire Franke Group (5,600 users) within one year. Led a team of six, including one project lead and five specialists.
Built out the group's internet and intranet infrastructure and its organisational setup. In 2009, consolidated 35 separate CMS installations onto a single Adobe AEM platform and connected it to the existing product information management systems.
Developed the CMS (PHP, PostgreSQL, Linux) that Franke ran on for eight years, and prepared and published web content.
Built and maintained custom Microsoft Office applications, primarily Access-based solutions.
Kept host-system operations running and handled second- and third-level requests from the business.
Supported customers and branch staff on banking products and systems via the bank's telephone hotline.
Completed a commercial apprenticeship alongside the Berufsmatura vocational baccalaureate, the foundation for a career that moved fully into IT soon after.
The same appetite for precision, just on a track, a court, a fairway, behind the decks, in the kitchen, or wiring up the house.
